SENNELIER Grand Oil Color Pastel, 35ml, White

Collaborating with Pablo Picasso in the 1940s, a creamy, lipstick-like pastel was created that is rich in pigment, provides excellent coverage, and boasts exceptional opacity and lightfastness. This pastel is crafted using high-quality pigments, an ultra-pure synthetic binding medium, and mineral wax. The pigments are blended with a non-oxidizing, non-siccative binding medium to ensure the stability of both the film and the surface. The result is a creamy texture that allows for broad strokes and freedom of artistic expression. Each Grand sized pastel is equivalent to 8 regular sticks, measuring .75" by 5". The pastel is made with a neutral pH wax base, making it suitable for application on any surface. Additionally, it can be thinned with turpentine and applied using a brush for added versatility.
